Aiways electric vehicle on a European coastline

EUROEV Holdings Limited

European electric mobility.
A new chapter.

A British Virgin Islands holding company established in connection with the proposed business combination of Hudson Acquisition I Corp. and Aiways Automobile Europe GmbH.

Transaction subject to regulatory and shareholder approvals.

01 — Corporate overview

Purpose-built for
electric mobility.

Under the Business Combination Agreement, EUROEV is expected to acquire Aiways Europe and become the parent company of HUDA upon closing. The proposed transaction is intended to position EUROEV as a publicly traded company.

Through Aiways Europe, the business is dedicated to bringing advanced, affordable battery electric vehicles to European customers. Since 2020, Aiways Europe has developed operating experience across 16 European countries, spanning vehicle import and distribution, direct customer relationships, technical adaptation, aftersales service and parts support.

Its Munich technical center adapts vehicles to European expectations and standards. The business also intends to pursue more localized and flexible production and assembly routes to broaden its product portfolio, improve supply-chain resilience and serve target markets more efficiently.

02 — Mission & positioning

Our mission

Make electric mobility
more accessible.

EUROEV aims to open the electric-vehicle value chain through a collaborative, asset-light model—bringing together European market insight, vehicle programs, technology partners, flexible production capacity, distribution channels and lifecycle services.

Strategic positioningVirtual OEM

EUROEV is positioning itself as a virtual original equipment manufacturer: an orchestrator that defines market-relevant vehicles and coordinates engineering integration, regulatory compliance, supply chain, assembly and market access through specialized partners, rather than relying solely on a vertically integrated manufacturing footprint.

Our vision

A shared platform for new energy vehicles.

The envisioned EUROEV platform is intended to give vehicle programs and partners a common route from European customer needs to market launch—sharing capabilities, accelerating execution and supporting vehicles throughout their lifecycle.

01Define

Translate European customer, product and compliance needs into focused vehicle programs.

02Connect

Bring together qualified technology, component, engineering and manufacturing partners.

03Launch

Use adaptable assembly, homologation and distribution routes closer to target markets.

04Support

Coordinate customer relationships, aftersales, parts and vehicle lifecycle services.

This platform model describes EUROEV's strategic direction. Implementation remains subject to financing, partner arrangements, regulatory approvals and execution.
